Service inquiries
The service inquiry form prepares an email in your browser. Entering information and preparing a request does not send it to American Lock & Key. You choose whether to open your email app and send the request. The form does not save your draft to browser storage.
Information you send
If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to provide. Please include only the details needed to discuss your service request. Do not include alarm codes, passwords, or other access credentials in a website inquiry.
